WESTFIELD, MA (WGGB/WSHM) - ‘The Rocket’ is coming to Westfield.

Former Red Sox pitcher Roger Clemens is set to headline the Westfield Starfires’ ‘Hot Stove’ event. The two-time World Series champion will be at Westfield State University Saturday, March 28 to talk about MLB history and his own legendary career.

Clemens made his MLB debut with the Sox in 1984 and stayed with the team until 1996. During that time, he was a five-time all-star and won the Cy Young Award three times. He was also named the American League’s MVP in 1986.

Tickets for the ‘Hot Stove’ event are available now through the Westfield Starfires website.
