SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) - After some rain came through last night, we are gradually drying out.

A cold front has passed through the area, and cooler air is building in. Temperatures for many of us this morning started off in the 50’s, but as the day goes on, we’ll range in the 40’s by the afternoon. Gradually, cloudy skies become partly sunny by the afternoon, and it remains breezy.

Tonight, we’re partly cloudy and cold as lows fall back into the lower and middle 20’s.

This weekend is looking dry. Sun and clouds both on Saturday and Sunday. Saturday looking a bit chillier, with highs in the upper 30’s to around 40°. Breezy too, so that adds a chill.

Sunday we’ll see highs closer to 50°.

Next week starts off dry and milder with highs near 60° on Monday. The milder trend continues through mid-week, but our rain chances also increase too. So next week does look a bit unsettled.
