**A Heat Advisory remain in effect for Hampden, Hampshire, Franklin and southern Berkshire County from 12pm Thursday through 8pm Friday**
Highs today range in the lower 90’s with dew points in the upper 60’s and lower 70’s. This brings your feels-like temperatures into the upper 90’s and even around the triple digits. This is dangerous heat.
We’ll have sun and clouds for many hours today, but enough instability in the atmosphere, to where we’ll likely see some a few isolated thunderstorms fire up in the afternoon.
Tonight, we’re partly cloudy warm and humid with lows falling into the middle and upper 60’s. Not super refreshing.
Friday remains hot and humid. In fact, maybe even a little hotter. Highs are likely in the low to mid-90’s. High humidity making it feel like the triple digits.
A cold front comes through late Friday which will fuel some storm development. A few storms could be strong to severe.
Right now, the weekend is shaping up nice. Sun and clouds both Saturday and Sunday. Still hot but less humid, following Friday’s cold front, with highs in the upper 80’s to around 90°.
Another cold front comes through late on Sunday break the heat, allowing for some cooler temperatures next week. Perhaps an evening shower or storm late on Sunday. This is followed by more seasonable weather for next week.
