Improvements for Memorial Day

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) - We had a wet start to our day after a rainy Sunday.
One last round of rain early Monday morning, then big improvements. The afternoon features clearing skies with sunshine working in. As soon as the sun comes out, temperatures pop into the 70’s. This afternoon, we end up partly sunny with highs in the low to mid-70’s.
Tonight, we’re mostly clear and cool with lows falling into the upper 40’s and low-50’s. Patchy fog in a few spots too.
Tomorrow, we’re mostly sunny and warm. Highs should range in the middle 80’s with a light breeze.
Wednesday, we start to get a little muggy. Sun and clouds for the majority of the day. Chance for a late-day shower or storm. Highs continue to range in the low to mid-80’s.
Thursday, we’re a little cooler and less muggy. Highs range in the middle 70’s under a mix of sun and clouds. There is a chance for a hit or miss spot shower, but the majority of the day is dry. Friday, also a dry day with sun and clouds with highs around 70°.
This weekend is looking unsettled to start. Showers around on Saturday with highs in the upper 60’s to around 70°. Sunday is looking drier and cool with highs in the upper 60’s.
