Partly Sunny, Less Humid & Breezy to End the Week

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) - We had a nice, cool, refreshing start to the day after a cold front came through last night. That front also bringing a round of downpours and gusty winds. Berkshire, Franklin County hit particularly hard, along with Eastern Hampshire and Hampden Counties.
Today, Juneteenth, is drier, less humid and breezy under a mix of sun and clouds. Highs in the 70’s to near 80°. Wind out of the West gusting to 25 mph at times.
Tonight, we’re partly cloudy, breezy and cool with lows falling into the middle and upper 50’s.
Low pressure lingering in Eastern Canada, along with a strong northwesterly breeze could bring a spot shower Saturday and Sunday, but the majority of the days are dry.
This weekend otherwise is looking nice. Partly to mostly sunny both Saturday and Sunday. Highs in the upper 70’s to around 80°. Windy at times, especially Saturday. Sunday by the way is the first day of Summer and Father’s Day!
Next week looks to start muggy, and rainy for Monday, then drying out as the week goes on.
